Summary of Experience:
Mr. Yeater has managed case teams and prepared damages analyses in several high-profile technology sector antitrust litigations, including matters involving Microsoft. He also has supported experts in several mutual fund cases involving allegations of excessive fees – including Jones v. Harris Associates, which recently was heard by the United States Supreme Court. He has worked closely with clients to prepare and analyze business data during the discovery process and has presented economic and financial analyses to state and federal regulators. His recent work has included analyses of the relationship between competition and intellectual property policy, and the quantification of lost profits associated with copyright infringement. He has evaluated the strategies and business practices of financial services firms including investment banks and credit card networks, and provided strategic support for clients in the pharmaceutical technology and agribusiness industries.
