Microsoft Private Litigations
On behalf of our client Microsoft, we led a team providing economic support in numerous private state and federal overcharge class actions.  Many of these cases were consolidated under Federal Judge Motz, in Baltimore, Maryland, while others proceeded independently of this multi-district litigation, through state courts with trials in Minnesota and Iowa.

Our work in this litigation spanned a number of discrete case issues, involving many experts and a variety of tasks, beginning before discovery and lasting through settlement negotiations.  We identified and supported academic experts in a broad range of disciplines, including information technology, the software industry, survey design, industrial organization, pricing, antitrust liability, and damages.
