Managing Principal Susan Tierney Appointed to Program Championing the Role of Women in Clean Energy

Managing Principal Susan Tierney was named an ambassador of the Clean Energy Education & Empowerment (C3E) initiative aimed at attracting more women to careers and leadership roles in the field of clean energy. The program is a partnership of the U.S. Department of Energy and the MIT Energy Initiative. Dr. Tierney is an expert on energy policy and economics specializing in the electric and gas industries. As an ambassador, she will serve as a mentor championing the initiative’s goals of “recruiting, retaining, and advancing highly qualified women in the field of clean energy.”
