Study of Apple's Impact on U.S. Job Market Featured in "The Wall Street Journal"

Research conducted by an Analysis Group team quantifying the impact that Apple, Inc., has had on the U.S. job market and economy was featured in “Tech Industry Rebuts Critics on Outsourcing” (The Wall Street Journal, June 7, 2012). The article discusses high-technology firms’ attempts to address the political debate about labor outsourcing by quantifying their role in U.S. job creation. “Folks want to better understand what technology companies bring in the face of current unemployment and increasing globalization,” says Managing Principal Jeffrey Cohen in the article. Mr. Cohen and Managing Principal Marc Van Audenrode led an Analysis Group team in conducting the economic impact study, which was commissioned by Apple.
