Dr. Piankov’s casework has included the assessment of damages in intellectual property disputes in a variety of industries, market analyses and assessments of damages for major antitrust matters, and assessments of drug safety and efficacy profiles in litigation and non-litigation contexts. He has supported experts in an analysis of the impact of allegedly anticompetitive practices in the software industry, with the preparation of a report and deposition testimony in a property auction revenue optimization matter, and in several cases involving the use of statistical methods to evaluate drug safety and clinical efficacy.

Dr. Piankov also has assisted in formulating a drug portfolio strategy for a major pharmaceutical company, and in developing a damages model and distribution plan in a mutual fund case.
