Summary of Experience:

Mr. Gorin brings over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant to his work for clients in a variety of technology driven industries. Mr. Gorin specializes in the creation and implementation of business and technology strategies to drive growth, sustain competitive advantage and create shareholder value. He has led client engagements across the strategy spectrum including technology commercialization, acquisitions/alliances, business unit planning, organizational design and the development of growth and diversification strategies. He has worked across a number of industries, including life sciences, biotechnology, agribusiness, chemicals, and oil and gas. Recent engagements have included modeling the impact of client’s products and services on U.S. energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, assessing the strategic implications of public sector’s embracing of open standards and open source software, and the development of a point of care strategy for a major global medical diagnostics company. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Gorin was a partner in the worldwide Energy, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals Group at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
