I reviewed and analyzed some of the proposed damages estimation methodologies and highlighted flaws, such as methodological issues, unsupported assumptions, and factors that had not been taken into account. I worked closely with counsel on that, including in preparation for some of the opposing experts’ depositions. I flew to San Francisco – the first deposition I’ve attended – and was excited to see counsel make some of the technical points we had discussed so often in previous weeks.
