CSR v. Lloyd's Underwriters

CSR, an Australian company, sued Lloyd’s and other insurers and insurance brokers, alleging industry-wide collusion and conspiracy to prevent CSR from changing commercial liability insurance carriers. Analysis Group was retained on behalf of the insurers. Our case team, led by Managing Principal Bruce Deal, provided expert analysis and testimony regarding U.S. and worldwide commercial insurance industry capacity during relevant periods. The case settled following depositions.
