Enron-related Litigations
On behalf of four major investment banks, we directed and managed a number of Enron-related litigations. Our clients in these matters faced allegations by Enron shareholders, bondholders, and other parties that they allowed the company to mask its financial condition. Analysis Group supported teams of academic experts in the areas of structured finance, accounting, stock and bond valuation, damages, loan syndication, bankruptcy, and banking regulation. We were also engaged in derivative actions involving credit support for Enron financing.
