In re Retek, Inc. Securities Litigation

Analysis Group Senior Advisor Elizabeth Evans helped lead a team in support of Professor William Holder to determine whether Retek management used GAAP in the preparation of the company’s financial statements. The Analysis Group team reviewed company documents and accounting work papers, and interviewed company personnel to recreate the information existing when Retek created the financial statements to demonstrate that Retek management had followed GAAP. One particular focus of our work related to revenue recognition for computer software.
