Matters Involving a Large Technology Company and Former CEO Accused of Options Backdating

Analysis Group recently assisted counsel on behalf of a large technology company and its former CEO in a number of matters involving stock options and backdating. These matters included investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as related lawsuits and matters involving criminal allegations.
