Analysis Group has considerable experience in the defense of class action securities lawsuits, including one of only a few securities fraud class action trials to go to a verdict in the past decade.
We employ a range of approaches, including statistical methodologies, to examine the relative benefits and risks associated with use of a product and the relative prevalence of damages among users and non-users of the product. We have also conducted analyses that identify conditions consistent with alternative causes of the alleged damages.
