Dr. Mathur specializes in the application of economic, statistical, and econometric analyses to legal and regulatory issues. She has consulted on general business litigations including breach of contract disputes, antitrust matters, class certification issues, patent valuations, and labor disputes. Dr. Mathur has served as an expert in an employment dispute in which she analyzed liability and damages issues related to alleged unlawful retaliation and its potential effect on the ability to obtain employment. Her experience spans a variety of industries including technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
