Summary of Experience

Dr. Blank specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and general business litigation. Her work has covered a broad range of products and industries, including agriculture, tobacco, computer software, consumer products, health care, and pharmaceuticals. Dr. Blank has experience in conducting and managing complicated statistical analyses. In particular, she was involved in the evaluation of the effects of Australian's Tobacco Plain Packaging Legislation. More recently, Dr. Blank played an important role on the team that supported the U.S. Department of Justice in the evaluation of the merger of two agricultural equipment manufacturers.
