Recent matters have involved intangible asset valuation, pharmaceutical royalty rates, and the appropriateness of a global corporation's transfer pricing system. In the context of finance and securities, Mr. Gallagher analyzes asset-backed securities, conducts empirical assessments of class certification, and evaluates options trading strategies.
