Mr. Gissiner has more than 25 years of diversified retirement plan administration and investment management experience. His expertise includes providing assistance and guidance to clients on retirement plan design, administration, and cost management and reduction. Mr. Gissiner has provided expert witness consulting services and court testimony, including excessive fee litigation involving defined contribution retirement plans. At Orchard Hills Consulting, he focuses on assisting for-profit and tax-exempt clients with reducing retirement plan administration and investment management costs as well as providing consulting services for organizations that are considering the selection of new service providers for their retirement plan arrangements. Mr. Gissiner has completed more than 400 retirement plan cost and revenue distribution analysis (fee benchmarking) projects for clients with plans ranging in size from less than $5 million in assets to more than $9 billion. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in the benefits consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for 17 years and served as West Region managing partner for defined contribution administrative services. Mr. Gissiner has been frequently quoted in various financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal.
