Mr. Saleem specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to questions arising in general business disputes and complex securities and finance litigation. His litigation and advisory experience includes evaluation of investment compliance and suitability, due diligence, cost accounting methodology, business and equity value, and market competition; and analyses of municipal bonds, residential mortgage-backed securities, and mutual funds. His experience spans industries including asset management, aviation, financial services, high technology, securities and financial instruments, and utilities. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Saleem worked at the Urban Institute, a public policy research think tank, where he developed economic models to estimate the impact of tax policy proposals on the federal budget and on the distribution of the tax burden across households.
