Ms. Gauthier specializes in health care economics and comparative effectiveness research. She has extensive experience assessing patient chart review and claims data, and analyzing the efficacy and economic outcomes associated with a range of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and interventions. Ms. Gauthier has worked with large health care firms to conduct studies investigating treatment patterns, comorbidity profiles, safety, resource utilization, direct medical costs, and indirect productivity costs. Her research has involved a variety of diseases, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, breast cancer, skin cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, autoimmune diseases, and respiratory diseases, and has been presented at numerous international clinical conferences and published in several peer-reviewed journals.
