Ms. Bojadzieva specializes in financial, statistical, and accounting analyses in a wide variety of industries. Her finance experience includes calculation of investor losses in Ponzi schemes and securities fraud cases, assessment of investment suitability, assessment of misrepresentations and omissions in the underwriting of securities, and evaluation of disclosures in mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Bojadzieva is experienced in valuing domestic and international public and private companies. Her intellectual property work involves calculation of lost profit, reasonable royalty, unfair competition, and/or disgorgement damages in patent and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation cases involving consumer and commercial products. Ms. Bojadzieva also has experience in the automotive industry, where she has assisted with numerous accounting investigations and solvency analyses of automotive dealerships. Ms. Bojadzieva has managed case teams in support of industry experts and provided assistance to attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial.
