Summary of Experience

Mr. Gilbody has conducted a diverse array of complex quantitative and qualitative analyses relating to commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings in the areas of securities, antitrust, intellectual property, and international trade. He has supported experts in matters related to the recent financial crisis, including issues such as investment suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, and the quality and performance of structured products, as well as cases focusing on corporate governance issues and anticompetitive acts. Mr. Gilbody has extensive experience in data analytics, and has conducted economic analyses related to securities performance and valuation, financial statement analysis, and the estimation of damages and settlement amounts. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he held roles as a senior consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLC, in its accounting, valuation, and analytics practice, where he specialized in data analytics; as an economic consultant for a private consulting firm, where his work centered on the international trade industry; and as an investment specialist at Bank of America, where he worked on separately managed accounts and program management.
