Summary of Experience

Ms. Franklin has extensive experience conducting complex economic analyses and qualitative analyses of data in the areas of business strategy, energy, and commercial litigation. In strategy, she has consulted to a wide variety of clients, including global technology firms, sports organizations, system and regional energy planners, and individual utilities. In her litigation work, she has supported experts from leading universities in areas including antitrust, class certification, commercial litigation, organizational behavior, valuation, renewable energy development, transportation contract disputes, and energy market matters. Her litigation and strategy experience includes conducting production-cost simulation modelling to evaluate the environmental impact of a new power plant, assessing the profitability of a long-term coal transportation contract, determining the revenue drivers for a sports organization, and conducting an organizational behavioral assessment of a large automobile manufacturer.
