Summary of Experience
Mr. Brennan leads the development of technology solutions to enable rapid and efficient analyses of very large databases to investigate legal issues. He provides expert technical advice and analytical services to consultants and clients of Analysis Group's Health Economics practice, and has prepared reports and testified as an expert witness in several litigation matters on enterprise information systems and the software industry. Mr. Brennan develops robust analytical plans, manages teams to implement them, and works with client legal counsel, senior management, and technical staff to ensure efficient, secure, and error-free transmission and control of client data throughout the engagement. In addition to his consulting activities, Mr. Brennan manages the development and secured operation of a 2.0+ terabyte proprietary health care claims database covering 40 million lives of public and private payers over a 15-year period that supports a wide range of health outcomes and litigation support activities. He also directs health care information security governance for the firm.
Mr. Brennan formerly served as assistant dean for information technologies at the University of Rochester, Simon Graduate School of Business.
