Summary of Experience

Dr. Mishol specializes in econometrics, finance, microeconomic theory, statistics, and pharmacoeconomics. He has managed large, complex damages analyses for Fortune 500 companies; consulted in the areas of antitrust, securities, class certification, breach of contract, and intellectual property; and provided expert testimony in general commercial litigation and damages cases. His work has included development of econometric models to examine loss causation issues in the structured finance market; development of economic analyses and econometric models to assess damages in the personal computer market and airline industry; development of economic arguments and damages analyses in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries; and economic and quantitative analyses related to allegations of securities fraud in 10b-5, mortgage-backed securities, and ERISA matters. In addition, Dr. Mishol has provided economic and quantitative analyses in merger analysis. In non-litigation activities, he has used sophisticated econometric modeling techniques to help major pharmaceutical companies make product entry decisions by assessing the impact of market factors on the demand for prescription pharmaceuticals.
