Mr. Temerlin specializes in applied economics,  finance, and statistics, and has helped to assess damages and liability claims in a number of complex litigations. His case work has spanned a variety of practice areas, such as antitrust, class certification, securities, finance, and accounting, as well as a number of industries, including banking, insurance, technology, and pharmaceuticals. In several high-profile taxation, privacy, and finance and securities matters, Mr. Temerlin has led case teams in analyzing issues related to the misrepresentation of information; conducted statistical analyses involving vast numbers of underwriting files; and assessed issues related to foreseeability and materiality. He has supported experts, counsel, and clients in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial.
