Summary of Experience

Dr. Rosberg directs complex, data-driven analyses of financial and economic issues for litigation and strategic decisions. He has substantial experience in securities, financial services, antitrust, and corporate governance litigation. Dr. Rosberg’s case work has involved supporting leading experts in high-profile antitrust cases and major securities and investment management cases, including matters involving mutual funds, collateralized debt obligations, and mortgage-backed securities. He has also collaborated with experts in corporate governance cases, including matters involving the appropriateness and impact of board decisions; whether boards have followed acceptable processes in their decision making; and the appropriateness of internal controls. In addition, he has supported experts in two Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) cases, Securities and Exchange Commission v. Mark A. Jackson, et al. and United States of America v. Donald J. Carson. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Rosberg was a management consultant at The Parthenon Group and taught at Dartmouth College and Boston College. His academic work focused on democratization, legal institutions, and human rights in developing countries.
