Ms. Ivanova specializes in health outcomes research. Her areas of expertise include retrospective claims analysis, survey development, chart review studies, cost-effectiveness and quality-of-life studies using clinical trial data, and health outcomes research with advanced statistical methods. Her work has included comparative analyses of outcomes, direct health care costs, and indirect work-loss costs of alternative therapies across many conditions; burden-of-illness studies; survey development to assess patients' experience with treatment or physician decision making; medication adherence and outcomes studies; survival analyses to assess the effectiveness of different therapies; and cost-effectiveness and quality-of-life analyses based on clinical trial data. Recently, she has led multiple physician survey and chart review studies and patient survey studies on cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic pain, and oncology. Ms. Ivanova has also undertaken health care strategy engagements, provided litigation support in antitrust matters involving major software and pharmaceutical companies, and assisted with the analyses in a large mutual fund fee remediation case. Ms. Ivanova has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed clinical and health outcomes journals.
