Mr. Finch is experienced in matters concerning finance and technology, and has performed research and analysis in support of economic testimony in a range of litigation cases involving semiconductor manufacturing systems and practices, credit card exclusionary rules, telecommunications, and finance and antitrust issues. He has supported experts in their preparation of reports and testimony in case work related to the 2008 financial crisis, including residential mortgage-backed securities loss causation and damages assessments, and damages exposure and mediation-related analyses. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Finch spent five years working in the high-end server engineering group at Sun Microsystems on the hardware design of large computers.
