Ms. Heinemann is a certified public accountant and is accredited in business valuation. She has 18 years of litigation consulting experience and has been qualified as an expert witness, providing testimony on damages assessment in a variety of contexts.
Ms. Heinemann has provided assistance to attorneys on all phases of pretrial and trial practice, including development and review of pretrial discovery, development of economic and financial models to analyze damages, critique of analyses propounded by opposing experts, and preparation of testimony.
Ms. Heinemann has broad experience with the quantification of damages on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright infringement. Her work includes analysis of revenues and costs relevant to determining damages, valuation, analyses of product attributes, competition, and market shares. She also has substantive experience in the automotive industry. She has performed fraud investigations of dealership financial statements, provided analysis of dealership financial trends relative to benchmark groups, and provided expert testimony with respect to dealership disputes across the country.
Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Heinemann was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she provided litigation support. She also has hands-on experience within the finance and accounting departments of HealthNet, Inc., where she worked as a senior financial analyst.
