Analysis Group has been named to The Boston Globe’s “Globe 100 Top Places to Work” for the second year in a row. Out of nearly 1,000 participating companies, the firm was ranked 8th on the overall list and 3rd on the list of companies with 250 to 999 employees in Massachusetts.

The “Top Places to Work” survey recognizes the most progressive companies in the commonwealth based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics.  Private companies and nonprofits as well as publicly-held businesses were included in the analysis. The rankings are based on survey information collected by Workplace Dynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

To qualify, a company must have more than 100 employees in Massachusetts. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
