Ms. Qiao’s casework has included quantification of damages in many areas including securities fraud, intellectual property, and breach of contract. She also has performed valuations of securities and businesses in various industries. In addition, she has extensive experience in analyzing large financial accounting and cost accounting systems, researching GAAP and GAAS, investigating accounting fraud, and measuring the effects of accounting choices on management compensation and securities prices.
