How We Work
We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client. But we believe that all successful engagements are defined by four principles:
Collaboration
We structure our teams to enhance interaction with clients throughout the course of our work. Every team blends strong project management and client service skills with high-level quantitative analysis.
Access
Analysis Group builds and maintains close ties to specialized experts from academia, industry, and government. This ensures that our clients have access to the people and ideas that will make a real difference in addressing their issue.
Responsiveness
We work in highly flexible teams, so we can assign just the right talent to every challenge. We rapidly scale resources to meet scheduled client hearings, court dates, or planning deadlines. For a landmark case, we submitted 22 expert candidates for review within 48 hours of the client’s initial request.
Pragmatism
All of our work must meet rigorous standards of relevance and usefulness to our clients, as well as high quality. We work closely with clients to translate complex concepts and data into clear business cases and compelling, credible arguments.
Our consultants use a variety of quantitative methodologies in our work, including structured market research, decision heuristics, conjoint and maximum difference analysis, statistical sampling, and demand modeling.
"Analysis Group has consistently delivered bulletproof results in financial analysis, quantitative market modeling, and econometrics."
Robert and Carole McNeil Senior Fellow, the Hoover Institution, and Professor of Economics, Stanford University
