Analysis of Agricultural Industries in Antitrust Litigation

On behalf of large vitamin manufacturers in multiple state indirect purchaser lawsuits, Analysis Group analyzed the feed manufacturing, swine and cattle production, and meat processing industries as part of a broader inquiry into antitrust damages. We supported several agricultural economists in these investigations, including Professors Walter Thurman, Michael Wohlgenant, and Catherine Morrison Paul.
