BitTitan, Inc. v. SkyKick, Inc.

A judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle ruled in favor of Skykick, Inc., denying a motion by BitTitan for a preliminary injunction. An Analysis Group team led by Managing Principal John Jarosz and Manager F. Michael Nolan was retained by counsel on behalf of Skykick with respect to the allegations of infringement of a patent covering  on-demand mailbox synchronization and migration. Analysis Group examined and provided a report about irreparable harm, balance of hardships, and public interest. On all counts, the Court was unconvinced by BitTitan's arguments and denied the request for a preliminary injunction.
