Dr. Xie is a health economist with extensive experience in health services research, quality of life, and chronic disease management. Her expertise includes outcomes research, health policy, quality of care, and clinical study design. Dr. Xie is experienced in claims-data analysis, survey design, and cost-effectiveness studies. She has worked in a variety of disease areas. Her work has been published in Circulation, Stroke, Alimentary Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Current Medical Research and Opinion, and the Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research. She also serves as referee for several journals, including Medical Decision Making, Lancet Neurology, and Health Policy. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Xie was a health scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, leading the health services and outcomes research in the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention.
