Summary of Experience:
Dr. Willard specializes in the application of economic, financial, and statistical analysis to litigation, strategy development, and valuation. Her casework encompasses antitrust, finance, valuation, intellectual property, and damages. She has supported counsel in all stages of litigation from understanding plaintiffs’ claims and identifying experts to providing deposition, pretrial motion, and trial support. Her research focuses on the corporate decisions of multinational firms, including the management of global expansion, the organization and financing of subsidiary activity, and the interaction between business and government decisions. She has also researched how information is transmitted through financial markets and the relevance of particular accounting disclosures to investors.
Before joining Analysis Group, Dr. Willard held positions with economic consultancies and was Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. She continues to teach as an Adjunct Professor for Columbia’s Executive MBA programs.
