Summary of Experience:
Mr. Christensen is an expert in finance, valuation, and damages analyses, with more than a decade of experience in litigation matters. Mr. Christensen has developed specific expertise in valuation, private equity, structured finance transactions, and transfer pricing. He has managed economic analyses in lawsuits involving Lehman Securities in a private equity transaction dispute; the trustee for MJK Securities in the largest liquidation ever ordered by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation; StorageTek in a dispute with an independent service provider; and numerous cases involving pharmaceutical competition and pricing. In the structured finance arena, Mr. Christensen has managed projects in numerous lawsuits, including high-profile cases involving commodity-based structures. He has also provided expertise in many phases of litigation, including preparation of testimony; development, presentation and review of pretrial discovery; and critique of analyses of opposing experts. Mr. Christensen led the Analysis Group team assisting GlaxoSmithKline in one of the largest transfer pricing disputes in recent history, and has extensive experience in transfer price-related litigations across multiple industries.
