Summary of Experience:
Dr. Lewis performs complex quantitative analysis for clients in a wide array of industries, including health care, finance, and telecommunications. He regularly performs analyses using large-scale data sets including patient-level medical reimbursement information, records of mutual fund trading activity, supermarket scanner data, prescription drug orders and disbursements, and medical device sales. Dr. Lewis has been involved in all aspects of litigation, supporting expert testimony in a number of health care, antitrust, intellectual property, and class action matters. His recent case work has involved alleged antitrust violations by brand and generic drug manufacturers, antitrust claims against a manufacturer in the technology sector, patent infringement lawsuits, and alleged off-label promotion of pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Lewis was a manager in the Economic and Statistical Consulting Group of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.
