Summary of Experience:
Ms. Moore specializes in the application of financial and econometric techniques to valuation, litigation, and other complex business matters. She has provided damages analysis in securities fraud, false claims, breach of contract, and investment suitability cases. In non-litigation assignments, she has evaluated the risk exposure of institutional investment portfolios containing complex derivative instruments such as CMOs and inverse floating rate notes. In addition, she has performed valuations of business enterprises that are used for strategic advisory and litigation settings. Examples of her work include evaluation of medical claims data for false billing by physician and durable medical equipment providers; valuation of financial assets for corporations in the insurance, Internet provider, apparel, membership services, food, technology, and health care industries; and analysis of investment portfolio risk components.
