Summary of Experience:
Mr. Falvey, who is Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Analysis Group, has more than 25 years’ experience in financial and strategic positions in the health care, high technology, and financial services industries. He has provided financial, information systems, human resource, and administrative leadership including the creation of planning and operating processes to support increased growth and complexity and the conversion of strategies into annual financial and operating plans. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he was Chief Financial Officer at Ahura Scientific, a leader in handheld instruments for chemical detection. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Aspect Medical Systems, a leading brain monitoring company, and Vice President of Finance at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Falvey held a series of senior positions with Fidelity Investments including Chief Financial Officer of an operating division and Vice President of Corporate Reporting and Analysis. He began his career in financial manager positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and General Electric Capital Corporation.
