Mr. Nguyen specializes in economic and financial issues pertaining to litigation and complex business matters. He has conducted damages assessments in cases involving commercial damages, investment management and research, investment suitability, real estate, dealership disputes, and valuation of privately held companies. He has valued real estate developments, examined the subprime lending industry, analyzed equity research and the construction and management of investment portfolios, and performed numerous valuations of organizations for use in strategic advisory and litigation settings. Mr. Nguyen has assisted attorneys in all phases of pretrial and trial practice and has provided expert testimony in litigation matters.
