Ms. Doan specializes in the evaluation of economic damages in complex commercial disputes. Her litigation consulting case experience includes breach of contract, patent infringement, copyright infringement, class certification, professional negligence, and loss of earnings matters. She has extensive experience in developing complex damages models and determining claimed lost profits and reasonable royalties in a range of industries including medical devices, computer hardware and software, automotive technologies, video game systems, electronic check processing, and Internet search marketing. Ms. Doan has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial preparation. She is an associate in the Society of Actuaries. Before joining Analysis Group, Ms. Doan worked in pension actuarial consulting.
