The Yale School of Management will host a two-day conference focused on global cartel enforcement and non-convergent enforcement in the technology sector. The event will feature several discussions with antitrust experts representing academia, the legal industry, technology, and the government. Analysis Group academic affiliate Edward A. Snyder, Dean of the Yale School of Management, will introduce the conference's global cartel enforcement framework, as well as moderate the session “Frontlines of Global Cartel Enforcement.” Managing Principal Pierre Cremieux will be presenting a session titled, “Enforcement of Anti-Collusion Laws Against Domestic and Foreign Firms.” Dean Snyder and Dr. Cremieux co-organized the event with Professor Fiona Scott-Morton from Yale SOM and Professor Danny Sokol from the University of Florida.
