Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will participate in a webinar titled “The Use of Survey Evidence in Class Litigation.” Class actions, by definition, seek to adjudicate the legal rights of absent class members. This webinar, to be moderated by Lee F. Berger of Paul Hastings LLP, will address how parties involved in class actions go about demonstrating the experiences of absent class members and/or reasonable consumers, either in support of or in opposition to class certification, liability, and damages. As part of the panel, Ms. Kirk Fair will share insights on the preparation and use of survey evidence in class litigation settings. The program offers one hour of participatory MCLE credit.
