Mr. Jarosz participates in a webinar panel discussing the Sedona Working Group 9 (WG9) Commentary on Patent Damages and Remedies, which was published for public comment in June 2014 and proposes solutions to hotly contested issues in this area. Mr. Jarosz and panelists will discuss:

  • Principles defining what should and should not be considered in calculating a reasonable royalty
  • A proposed heightened damages disclosure requirement of preliminary compensatory damages contention
  • A dialogue on WG9's proposed Retrospective Model for reasonable royalty damages
