Managing Principals Paul Greenberg and Gaurav Jetley have been named to Law360's 2014 Health and Mergers & Acquisitions editorial advisory boards, respectively. Law360 is an online newswire for business lawyers. Its Health section reports on a range of litigation, regulatory, and policy-related issues involving health care services companies, including hospitals, health insurers, physicians groups, and medical suppliers. The Mergers & Acquisitions section covers activity in bankruptcy courts, hostile takeovers, and leveraged buyouts, as well as relevant legislation, regulation, and deal-related litigation. Mr. Greenberg, director of Analysis Group's Health Care practice, consults to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries on health economics issues. Much of his work focuses on economic and biostatistical analyses in connection with alleged violations of the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. He also serves on the editorial boards of PharmacoEconomics, Journal of Medical Economics, Expert Opinion on Pharmacotherapy, and The Open Pharmacoeconomics & Health Economics Journal. In addition, he is a former editorial board member of Expert Review of Pharmacoeconomics & Outcomes Research.
Mr. Jetley specializes in merger-related litigation, corporate finance, and securities valuation. He has worked on numerous matters involving the analysis of deal terms, the market's reaction to merger announcements, and control premiums, as well as the valuation of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and mortgage-backed securities. He frequently publishes and presents on topics involving M&A, securities, financial analysis, and commercial damages.
