Analysis Group Listed among Vault.com's Top Consulting Firms in the Country to Work For
Date:August 21, 2013
Boston -- Analysis Group, Inc., again has been named one of Vault.com's top consulting firms in the country to work for, based on input from consultants. The firm was ranked 11th overall in the Vault Consulting 50 and is the highest-ranking economic consulting firm in the Vault 50.
Analysis Group was rated highly by employees in a number of categories, including firm leadership, informal training opportunities, compensation and benefits, business outlook, and gender diversity. "Leadership is focused on providing people an environment in which they can do their best work, and on minimizing needless bureaucracy," noted one respondent. Another said, "There is a lot of guidance and help along the way. It is obvious that the partners want us to succeed. They give us every tool we could possibly need." Still another respondent said the firm treats diversity as "a status quo expectation, which creates a very comfortable work environment for everyone."
The Vault rankings are determined from responses to the company's annual Management and Strategy Consulting Survey. Consultants are asked to assess the prestige associated with working at peer consulting firms and the quality of life at their own firms. A weighted formula is then applied to the data to determine the rankings.
"We are pleased to have again ranked highly in the Vault list," said Analysis Group President and CEO Martha S. Samuelson. "As a firm, we are committed to maintaining our corporate culture -- one that reflects the business environment and clients' needs but that always takes into account what matters most to employees."
