Date:October 28, 2014
Boston -- Analysis Group has been named to the 13th Annual Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts listing based on a survey conducted by the Commonwealth Institute (TCI) and Boston Globe Magazine. Analysis Group is ranked 15th on the list of 100 companies. The results were announced at a TCI awards breakfast and published in the Boston Globe Magazine "Women and Power" issue, which also called out Analysis Group as one of 11 "Gold-Star Innovators" in recognition of the innovative projects rolled out by the firm in 2013.
President and CEO Martha Samuelson was pleased to see the firm's growth and innovation recognized. "This is an honor for our whole firm," she said. "I have been fortunate in my profession not to have experienced leadership through the lens of gender. The opportunities I have had as I've progressed through my career have been largely in merit-based environments. As a leader, I believe that the most important thing for our firm and our clients is for us to sustain a merit-based culture for all of our diverse professionals."
The rankings are based on a formula that considers annual corporate revenues, number of full-time employees in the commonwealth, workplace and management diversity, and innovative projects. TCI is a community-based nonprofit organization of CEOs, senior corporate executives, nonprofit directors, and other professionals committed to exploring issues and trends facing women business leaders.
