Summary of Experience:
Ms. Filipek has worked on a variety of finance, valuation, and strategy engagements in the life sciences, financial services, and technology industries. She specializes in corporate strategy development, litigation support for economic analyses, and financial valuations. Ms. Filipek has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial preparation. Her case work has included international breach of contract and fraud matters and stem cell public-policy initiatives. She has consulted to pharmaceutical companies on global health outcomes and coverage and reimbursement strategies for product development and commercialization. Ms. Filipek has supported health insurance providers in their analyses of policies and claims, and she has managed a range of public-policy studies, including cost-benefit analyses of stem cell initiatives. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she held positions at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank) and Broadview International, a technology mergers and acquisitions bank.
