Summary of Experience:
Mr. Cherny specializes in the application of finance and economic analyses to complex business litigation matters. He has provided assistance to attorneys in all phases of the litigation process from pre-trial discovery and case strategy to assistance with the preparation of expert testimony.
Mr. Cherny has extensive experience in issues related to bankruptcy and complex valuation. His casework has included assessing the values of companies and securities, conducting solvency and liquidity analyses, evaluating issues related to the restatement of debt in bankruptcy, and developing and evaluating complex damages models. He has provided consulting in a range of securities, intellectual property, and antitrust litigations.
Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Cherny held positions with Chicago Partners and Lexecon.
