Summary of Experience:
Ms. Matter works with companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clinical diagnostics industries on a range of issues including pricing and reimbursement, launch strategies, and new business development. Most recently, she worked on the development of a pricing and contracting strategy for the insulin franchise of a leading pharmaceutical company. Other recent engagements have included the identification and analysis of acquisition candidates in the clinical diagnostics space; value proposition and pricing studies for new products in the areas of diabetes, anti-arrhythmia, and allergic rhinitis; and a targeted literature review and gap analysis to inform the development of new entrants in the oncology space. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Matter was an equity analyst at Leerink Swann, where she covered the major U.S. and European pharmaceutical companies.
